This document is an official public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer"), containing all essential terms of sale of digital goods through the Haxalion online store.
The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of digital goods (license keys for software products) to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods on the terms specified in this Offer.
Acceptance of this Offer (the moment of concluding the contract) is the moment of payment by the Buyer for the goods in respect of which the sale and purchase agreement is concluded.
The Seller sells digital goods — license keys for software activation. Each product has a description, validity period and cost specified on the product page. The Seller guarantees that all products are original and official products of the respective copyright holders.
Prices for goods are indicated on the site in Russian rubles and include all applicable taxes. Payment for goods is made by the Buyer using the payment methods available on the site. The Buyer's obligations to pay are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are received in the Seller's account.
To place an order, the Buyer selects the necessary product and adds it to the cart. After forming the order, the Buyer specifies the email address and selects the payment method from the proposed options. After successful payment, the goods (license key) are delivered to the Buyer instantly by displaying on the order page and sending to the email address specified during order placement.
Due to the specifics of the goods sold (digital license keys), return of goods of proper quality is not carried out in accordance with paragraph 14 of the List of non-food goods of proper quality not subject to return or exchange, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2463. The decision on refund in case of claims to the quality of the goods is made by the Seller unilaterally. To resolve claims, the Buyer must contact the customer support service, indicating the order number and description of the problem.
The Seller collects and processes personal data of Buyers (name, email address) exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of this Offer. By placing an order on the site, the Buyer agrees to the processing of his personal data. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the personal data received from the Buyer. The Seller is not liable for information provided by the Buyer on the site in a publicly available form.
For non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Offer, the parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Seller is not liable for the actions of third parties involved in settlements upon payment for the order. The Seller is not liable for temporary failures and interruptions in the operation of the Seller's Internet resources and the losses caused by them.
In all other respects not provided for by this Offer, the parties shall be guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. All disputes and disagreements arising during the execution by the parties of the obligations under this Offer shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to resolve them, the parties have the right to apply for judicial protection of their interests.
